To send a purchase order as an email, follow these steps.
- Click on the PO that you wish to send via email
- Click on the mail sign at the top of the screen.
- A popup screen will appear with PO details for sending an email directly using the Moon Invoice dashboard.
- Fill in the correct details, including the client's email address. Check the attachments before sending the PO.
- Click on send to successfully send your purchase orders via email.
Note: Users can send a single PO to multiple contacts.
