Overview 

This guide explains how to add or change a PDF theme or custom background in the Moon Invoice application.

Steps to Add or Change a PDF Theme or Custom Background

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice App

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open PDF & Print Settings

1. Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
2. Select PDF & Print Settings.

Step 3: Add or Change the Theme or Custom Background 

1. Click Default.
2. Choose one of the following options:

• Upload Background -  Upload your own background for the PDF.
• Select from Themes -  Choose a pre-designed theme for the PDF.

Step 4: Save the Changes

1. Click Save.

Important Notes

• You can either upload a custom background or select a pre-designed theme.
• Click Save to apply your changes.
• Follow the steps in the order shown.

Expected Result 

The selected theme or custom background is successfully applied to the PDF after you save the changes.
