You can merge two companies in Moon Invoice by following the steps below.

Steps to Merge Companies

1. Open the Moon Invoice app.
2. Go to Companies.
3. Click the Edit icon.
4. Select the two companies you want to merge.
5. Click the Merge icon.
6. Choose the company that will remain after the merge.
7. Click Merge.
8. Enter your account password for verification.
9. Click Merge to complete the process.

Note

• Only two companies can be merged at a time.
• You will be asked to select the primary company that will retain the merged data.
• Account password verification is required before the merge process is completed.
