Moon Invoice allows you to create a separate login for your customers so they can view their transaction details. Let us look at how to create a customer portal on Moon Invoice.
- Go to Sales > Customers.
- Select the customer for whom you want to create a portal.
- Click the Settings icon > Contact Login.
- Enter the customer’s email ID and submit.
- Click Edit Access, grant necessary permissions, and click Generate Password.
- Then, click Email Login Info to send the login details to the customer.
