Overview 

This guide explains how to configure the Inventory field visibility for Products in Moon Invoice. You can choose whether the inventory field is disabled, shown by default, or hidden by default.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice Application

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open the App Settings 

• Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
• Select App Settings.

Step 3: Open Product Settings

• Select Products from the left-side menu.

Step 4: Configure Inventory Field Visibility

• Open Field Visibility.
• Select Inventory.
• Choose the required option:
  • Disable - Hide the Inventory field.
  • Default ON - Shows the Inventory field by default.
  • Default OFF - Hide the Inventory field by default.

Step 4: Save the Changes

• Click Save.

• Select the Inventory visibility option according to your requirement.
• Review the selected option before saving.
