There are various WhatsApp sharing options present under Moon Invoice.

If you are using the Web Application

• If you have selected Send Via “Moon Invoice or WhatsApp Business API.”
  • You will get a sharing option named “ PDF + Text.”

You can follow the steps below to use the PDF + Text WhatsApp sharing option

1. Open the Moon Invoice web Application by tapping on this link.
2. Navigate to Sales ➜ Invoice.
3. Click the + icon to create a new invoice or open an existing one.
4. Click the three-dot icon (⋮) and select WhatsApp.
5. Enter the WhatsApp number with the country code, then click on PDF + Text to send the invoice.

If you are using the Moon Books

• If you have selected Send Via “Moon Invoice, Own WhatsApp, or WhatsApp Business API.”
  • You will get a sharing option named “ PDF + Text.”

You can follow the steps below to use the PDF + Text WhatsApp sharing option.

1. Open the Moon Invoice web Application by tapping on this link.
2. Navigate to Sales ➜ Invoice.
3. Click the + icon to create a new invoice or open an existing one.
4. Click the three-dot icon (⋮) and select WhatsApp.
5. Enter the WhatsApp number with the country code, then click PDF + Text to send the invoice.

• If you have selected Send Via “WhatsApp Share.”
  • You will get a sharing option named “ Text receipt with Link or Text only.”

You can follow the steps below to use the Text receipt with Link or Text Only WhatsApp sharing option

1. Open the Moon Invoice web Application by tapping on this link.
2. Navigate to Sales ➜ Invoice.
3. Click the + icon to create a new invoice or open an existing one.
4. Click the three-dot icon (⋮) and select WhatsApp.
5. Enter the WhatsApp number with the country code, then click Text receipt with Link or Text Only to send the invoice.

If you are using the “Windows Application.”

• If you have selected Send Via “WhatsApp App.”
  • You will get a sharing option named “ PDF Receipt or PDF Only or Text Receipt or Text Receipt with link.”

You can follow the steps below to use the PDF Receipt, PDF Only, Text Receipt, or Text Receipt with link WhatsApp sharing option

1. Open the Moon Invoice web Application by tapping on this link.
2. Navigate to Sales ➜ Invoice.
3. Click the + icon to create a new invoice or open an existing one.
4. Click the three-dot icon (⋮) and select WhatsApp.
5. Enter the WhatsApp number with the country code, then click PDF Receipt or PDF Only or Text Receipt or Text Receipt with link to send the invoice.
