You can easily enable and manage the Auto Backup feature in Moon Invoice to keep your business data safe and secure.

Steps to Enable Auto Backup

1. Open the Moon Invoice app.
2. Go to Settings → Backup and Restore.
3. Enable the Auto Backup option.
4. Select the backup frequency based on your preference:

• Daily 
• Weekly
• Monthly

5. Choose the location or folder where you want to save the backup files.
6. Set the number of backup copies you want to keep.
7. The app will automatically create backups on your selected settings.

Note

• Moon Invoice automatically removes older backup files after the selected backup limit is reached.
• Keeping regular backups helps protect your business data from accidental loss.
• Make sure the selected backup location has enough storage space available.
