You can easily create an e-Way Bill directly from an invoice in Moon Invoice.

Steps to Create an e-Way Bill

1. Open the Moon Invoice app.
2. Go to Sales → Invoice.
3. Select the invoice from which you want to create the e-Way Bill.
4. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) from the top-right side.
5. Click Create e-Way Bill.
6. Verify or enter the required details, such as:

• Transaction details
• Billing and delivery details
• Transporter details
• Vehicle and transport information

7. Click one of the following options:

• Save - Save the e-Way Bill as a draft.
• Save & Generate - Generate the e-Way Bill immediately.

Your e-Way Bill will be created successfully from the selected invoice.

Note

• Make sure all invoice and transporter details are accurate before generating the e-Way Bill.
• Required fields may vary based on transaction type and transport mode.
• Generated e-Way Bills can be used for tax compliance and goods transportation purposes.
