You can enable the MRP (Maximum Retail Price) field for a product in Moon Invoice by following the steps below.

Steps to Enable the MRP Field

1. Open the Moon Invoice app.
2. Click Settings from the top-right corner.
3. Select App Settings.
4. Go to Product → Field Visibility.
5. Enable the MRP toggle.
6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Once enabled, the MRP field will be available when creating or editing products in the Items→Product section.

Verify the MRP Field in Products.

1. Go to Items → Products.
2. Create a new product or open an existing product.
3. The MRP field will now be visible under product details.

Show or Hide the MRP Column in Invoice

You can also display or hide the MRP column in invoice and other modules that support products.

Steps to Show or Hide the MRP Column

1. Open an existing invoice or create a new invoice.
2. Click the Settings icon located near the Add Product and Add Service options.
3. Enable or disable the MRP option.

The MRP column will be shown or hidden based on your selection.

Note: 

• Enabling the MRP field in App Settings makes it available across product-related modules.
• The MRP column visibility can be managed independently within invoices and other product-based transactions.
• Changes made to column visibility affect only the display of the MRP column and do not modify the product’s MRP value.
