This guide explains how to delete a From Email Address in Moon Invoice.

Steps to Delete a From Email Address

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice App

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open Companies

• Navigate to Companies.
• Select the company you want to update.

Step 3: Open Email Templates

• Click Email Templates.

-------------------------------

Step 4: Open the Verified Email List

• Under the Settings tab, click From.
• Click the Edit icon.

Step 5: Delete the Email Address

• Click the Delete icon next to the email address you want to remove.

Step 6: Save the Changes

• Click Save.

Important Notes

• Make sure you delete the correct email address.
• A deleted email address will no longer be available in the From email list.
• If the email address is required again, it must be added and verified before use.

Expected Result 

The selected From Email Address is removed successfully and is no longer available in the From email list.
