This guide explains how to import Time Logs into Moon Invoice using a formatted import template.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice Application

• Launch the Moon Invoice application on your device.

Step 2: Open the Time Logs Section

• Navigate to Time Logs.

Step 3: Open the Import Option

• Click the More Options (⋮) icon.
• Select Import.
• Click Download a formatted template to download the Time Logs import template.

Step 4: Select the Time Logs File

• Click Please choose a file.
• Select the completed Time Logs file from your device.
• Click Next to continue.

Important Notes

• Click Please choose a file.
• Make sure the Time Logs file is completed correctly before importing.
• Select the correct file before clicking Next.

Expected Result

The selected Time Logs file is accepted, and the Time Logs import process continues in Moon Invoice.
