This guide explains how to configure Order Status Notifications for the Owner and Customer in Moon POS.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice Application

• Open the Moon POS application.

Step 2: Open the Notification Settings

• Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
• Select Notification Settings.

Step 3: Configure Order Status Notifications

• Scroll to the POS section.
• Under Order Status (Owner), select the notification methods you want to use:
  • Push
  • WathsApp
  • Email
• Under Order Status (Customer), select the notification methods you want to use:
  • Push 
  • WhatsApp
  • Email

Step 4: Save the Changes

• Click Save.

Important Notes

• Configure notification methods separately for the Owner and Customer.
• Select only the notification methods you want to use.
• Click Save to apply the changes.

Expected Result

The selected notification methods are saved successfully. Moon pos will use the configured Push, WhatsApp, or Email channels to send order status notifications to the Owner and Customer.
