You can easily contact support in Moon Invoice by following the steps below:
- Open the Moon Invoice application on your device or tap on this link.
- Click on your profile icon (top right corner) of the screen.
- Click on the Contact Support option at the bottom.
- A support window will open automatically, pre-filled with important system information such as:
- Moon ID
- Device ID
- Browser and OS
- Current Company
- App Version
- IP address, Time Zone, and Subscription Plan
- Simply type your query or issue in the message box and click on the ‘Send’ button to submit your support request.
