You can easily connect the Pine Lab account in Moon Invoice to manage payment collections smoothly.

Before you begin

Please make sure:

• Your Pine Labs merchant account is active.
• At least one Pine Labs terminal/device is configured and active.
• You have access to your registered business email address.
• You have received the following onboarding details from Pine Labs:
  • Merchant ID
  • Store ID
  • Security Token
  • Client ID

Steps to Connect Pine Labs

1. Open the Moon Invoice app.
2. Navigate to the Integrations section.
3. Find Pine Labs and click on Setup.
4. Enter the required details: 

• Merchant ID
• Store ID
• Security Token
• Title
• Client ID

5. Verify all the entered details carefully.
6. Click Save to complete the integration

How to Get Pine Labs Credentials

Your Pine Labs credentials are usually shared by the Pine Labs team during the onboarding process through your registered business email.

The email generally includes:

• Merchant ID
• Store ID
• Security Token
• Client ID.
