This guide explains how to download, print, or email multiple invoices at the same time in Moon Invoice.

Steps to Download, Print, or Email Multiple Invoices

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice App

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open the Invoices Section

• Navigate to Sales → Invoices.

Step 3: Select the Invoices

• Click the Edit icon.
• Select the invoices you want to download, print, or email.

Step 4: Preview the Invoices

• Click the Preview icon.

Step 5: Choose an Action

From the preview window, select one of the available actions:

• Download - Save the selected invoices to your device.
• Print - Print the selected invoices.
• Email - Send the selected invoices to the customer.

Important Notes

• Make sure you select the correct invoices before opening the preview.
• You can download, print, or email all selected invoices from the preview window.
• Review the invoices before performing the selected action.

Expected Result 

The selected invoice opens in the preview window. From there, you can:

• Download the invoices.
• Print the invoices.
• Email the invoices.
