Moon Invoice allows you to add a deposit amount to an invoice. Follow the steps below to add and receive a deposit:
- Open the Moon Invoice application on your device or browser from this link.
- Go to Sales → Invoices.
- Create a new invoice or select an existing invoice to which you want to add a deposit.
- Click the edit icon and scroll to the bottom to find the Deposit option.
- Enter a fixed amount or percentage as the deposit for the invoice.
- Click Save once you’ve added the deposit amount.
- To confirm, click the Preview (eye icon) to view the invoice and check that the deposit has been added successfully.
