Sometimes, invoices are mistakenly marked as paid due to incorrect payment entries, leading to confusion. To delete such entries in Moon Invoice, follow these steps:
- Open the Moon Invoice application on your smartphone or tap this link.
- Navigate to the Invoices section.
- Open the invoice from which you want to remove the payment entry.
- Click the Payment ($) icon at the top of the screen.
- Select the incorrect payment entry.
- Click on the three-dot menu and select ‘Trash’.
- Confirm by clicking Yes in the alert box.
- Now, the payment entry will be deleted, and the invoice status will be updated accordingly.
