Overview 

This guide explains how to convert a Purchase Order into a Bill in Moon Invoice. Follow the steps below to convert an existing Purchase Order into a Bill.

Steps to Convert a Purchase Order to a Bill

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice App

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open Purchase Orders

• Navigate to Purchases → Purchase Orders.

Step 3: Select a Purchase Order

• Select the Purchase Order that you want to convert into a Bill.

Step 4: Open the More Options Menu

• Click the More Options (⋮) icon in the top-right corner.

Step 5: Convert the Purchase Order

• Click Convert to Bill.

Important Notes

• Verify that you have selected the correct Purchase Order before converting it.
• Review the Purchase Order details before converting it into a Bill.
• The converted Bill can be edited if additional changes are required.

  Note: Only keep the next point if you have verified this behavior in the application:

• All Purchase Order details and attachments are carried over to the Bill during conversion.
