Overview 

This guide explains how to set up a Custom Payment Link in Moon Invoice so you can provide customers with a link to make payments through your preferred payment gateway.

Step-By-Step-Instructions

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice Application

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open the Companies Section

• From the left menu, select Companies.
• Open the company for which you want to configure the payment link.

Step 3: Open Payment Method

• Click Payment Methods.
• Find Custom in the list. 
• Click the Edit icon next to Custom.

Step 4: Set up the Custom Payment Link

• Enter your required details:
  • Your Logo: Upload your custom logo. The maximum supported file size is 1 MB.
  • Payment Link: Enter the payment link generated through your preferred payment gateway.
  • Button Title: Enter the text you want to display on the payment button.

After entering the details, click Save.

Important Notes

• Make sure the payment link is valid and accessible to your customers.
• Ensure that the uploaded logo does not exceed the 1 MB file size limit.
• Payments made through the custom link are not automatically recorded in Moon Invoice. You must manually record the payment against the relevant invoice after receiving it.
• Verify the payment with your payment gateway before marking the invoice as paid.

The Custom Payment Link is configured successfully and is available for use with the selected company. Customers can use the configured payment button to access your external payment page.
