Open Moon Invoice App

- Launch the Moon Invoice app on your device (Mac, Windows, iOS, or Android).

Go to the Time Log Section
- Navigate to the Time Log tab from the sidebar or main dashboard.

Create a New Time Log
- Click on “+ Add Time Log” or “New Time Log”.

Enter Time Log Details
- Client/Project: Select the client or project the time log belongs to.
- Task/Description: Enter a short description of the task.
- Start & End Time: Set start and end time manually or use the timer.
- Date: Choose the work date.

Use Timer (Optional)
- Click the “Start Timer” button to begin tracking time in real-time.
- Click “Stop” when the task is complete.
- The app will automatically log the duration.

Save the Time Log
- Once all details are filled, click “Save”.

Convert Time Logs to Invoice (Optional)
- Go to the Invoices section.
- Choose “Create Invoice from Time Logs”.
- Select the time entries to include.
- Review, customize, and send the invoice.
