If you've saved an invoice with the wrong currency and it's not allowing you to edit it, follow these steps:
- Open the Moon Invoice application on your smartphone or tap this link.
- Navigate to Sales ➜ Invoices.
- Select the invoice you want to edit.
- If a payment is already added to this invoice, you need to delete the payment first:
- Open the invoice.
- Click on the Payment icon ($ dollar sign).
- Delete the added payment by tapping on ‘Trash’.
- After deleting the payment, close the pop-up and tap on Edit.
- Go to the Currency field and select the correct currency.
- Tap Save to apply the changes.
Note: Currency editing is restricted if payments are already added to maintain accurate accounting records. Deleting the payment will unlock the currency field for editing.
