You can force sync data in Moon Invoice easily by following the steps below.
- Open the Moon Invoice app on your device, or download it from the appropriate link based on your operating system (iOS Mac Android Windows).
- Take a backup of your current data and keep it in a safe place. You can do this from the Settings ➜ Backup and Restore ➜ Create a New Backup.
- Once the backup is complete, click on Delete All Data, then select Delete Current Device Data.
- Wait for the Sync to complete.
Note:
If everything appears correct on the on Web Version, proceed to perform a force sync on the application. These steps apply only if you’re using Moon Sync. This won’t work for local storage.
