Before printing, ensure that the printer settings are correctly adjusted for barcode clarity.

- Adjust the following parameters for better output:
- Brightness – Increase if printouts are faint.
- Width/Height – Match the size of your barcode label.
- Print Mode – Set to Thermal (if using a thermal printer).
- Bar Width – e.g., 2 mm (adjust as needed for clarity).
- Font Size – Medium (or as required).
- Alignment – Center for both text and barcode.
- Save the changes in the printer settings.
Step 4: Print the Barcode Label

- Select the item(s) for which you want to print barcodes.
- Click Generate Barcode.
- Configure the barcode in Moon Invoice (matching the printer’s settings for size and alignment).
- Click Save and then Print.
Extra Tips:
- If your barcode prints are unclear, contact your printer manufacturer’s support team to fine-tune hardware settings.
- We have observed that increasing brightness and adjusting label width/height fixed most printing issues.
- Always test-print a few labels before doing a full batch to avoid wasted labels.
