There are basically 3 types of order printing options present under Moon POS

• Order + KOT: This option allows you to print both the complete Order bills and the Kitchen Order Ticket (KOT) together at the same time.
• Order: This prints only the final bill, which includes all order details such as items ordered, quantities, prices, taxes, and the total amount.
• KOT: This prints only the KOT, used by the kitchen staff, and includes the list of items to be prepared.

You can easily select these order printing options in Moon POS by following the steps below:

1. Open the Moon POS application on your device or tap on this link.
2. Navigate to POS → Menu and add your order.
3. Now navigate to the print icon and choose the printing option to print the order.
