You can permanently delete your Moon Invoice account by following the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Moon Invoice app.
2. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select My Account.
4. In the My Account window, click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Enter your account password to verify your identity.

• If you signed up for a social login, you can verify using the same authentication method.

7. Click Confirm.

After confirmation, a Delete Account email will be sent to your registered email address.

8. Open the email and click Delete Account to permanently delete your Moon Invoice account.

Note

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Once your account is deleted, all associated business data and records will be permanently removed.
• You will no longer be able to access your account after the deletion process is completed.
• If you are using the Moon Invoice Desktop or Native Application, you can access the account deletion option from Settings → My Account → Delete Account.
