This guide explains how to hide Out-of-Stock Items and Empty Categories from the Online Store in Moon POS.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Moon POS Application

• Open the Moon POS application.

Step 2: Open Store Settings

• Navigate to POS from the left menu.
• Select Store Settings.

Step 3: Configure Store Display Settings

Under Store Settings, find the following options:

• Hide Out of Store Items - Enable this option to hide products that are out of stock from the Online Store.
• Hide Empty Categories - Enable this option to hide categories that do not contain any available items.

Step 4: Save the Changes

• Click Save.

Important Notes

• The two options can be configured independently.
• Enable Hide Out of Stock Items if you do not want out-of-stock products to appear in the Online Store.
• Enable Hide Empty Categories if you do not want empty categories to appear in the Online Store.
• Click Save after changing the settings.

Expected Result

The Online Store display is updated based on the selected settings:

• Out-of-stock items are hidden when Hide Out of Stock Items is enabled.
• Empty categories are hidden when Hide Empty Categories is enabled.
