This guide explains how to calculate the distance between two PIN codes when creating a new e-Way Bill in Moon Invoice.

Step-By-Step-Instructions

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice Application

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open the e-Way Bills Section

• From the left menu, select e-Way Bills.

Step 3: Create new e-Way Bills

• Click Create e-Way Bill.

Step 4: Calculate the Distance

• In the Transporter Details section, click Calculate Distance.

Step 5: Enter PIN Codes

• On the Pin to Pin distance Search page:
  • Enter the From PIN Code.
  • Enter the To PIN Code.
  • Enter the displayed CAPTCHA.
• Click Go.

Important Notes

• Enter the correct From and To PIN Codes.
• Enter the CAPTCHA exactly as displayed.
• The distance is calculated based on the PIN codes entered on the GST e-Invoice Portal.
• Review the calculated distance before continuing with the e-Way Bill.
