Overview 

This guide explains how to put an ongoing order on hold in Moon POS so you can pause the order and return to it later.

Step-By-Step-Instructions

Step 1: Open the Moon POS Application

• Open the Moon POS application.

Step 2: Open the Menu Section

• From the left menu, select POS.
• Click Menu.

Step 3: Select the Order

• Locate the ongoing order you want to put on hold
• Make sure you have selected the correct order.

Step 4: Put the Order on Hold

• Click the three-dot menu (⋮) beside the Total line.
• Select On Hold.

Important Notes

• Make sure you select the correct order before putting it on hold.
• You can return to the order later when you are ready to continue processing it.
• Putting an order on hold does not mean the order has been completed or paid.

Expected Result

The selected order is placed on hold and can be resumed later to continue processing the order.
