You can get your Pine Labs credentials using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Check Your Pine Labs Email (Recommended)

After your account onboarding is completed, Pine Labs usually sends all required credentials to your registered business email.

Steps

1. Open your registered business email account.
2. Search for emails using keyboard such as:
   • Pine Labs
   • Merchant onboarding
   • API credentials
3. Open the onboarding or setup email received from Pine Labs.
4. Copy the required details:
   • Merchant ID
   • Store ID
   • Security Token
   • Client ID

Option 2: Check Pine Labs Merchant Portal

Some credentials and store details may also be available in the Pine Labs merchant dashboard.

Steps

1. Log in to your Pine Labs Merchant Portal
2. Navigate to sections such as:
   • Merchant Settings
   • Store Management
   • Terminal Management
3. Copy the available details required for integration.

Note

• The Security Token and Client ID may not always be visible in the portal.
• If these details are missing, contact Pine Labs support or your account manager.

Option 3: Get Terminal ID from the Pine Labs Device (If Needed)

If your setup requires a Terminal ID (TID), you can find it directly from the Pine Labs machine.

Steps

1. Open the Pine Labs terminal/device
2. Go to:
   • Settings
   • Device Information
   • About Device
3. Find details such as:
   • Terminal ID
   • TID
   • POS ID

You may also find the Terminal ID:

• On printed receipts
• In settlement reports
• On the device sticker label

Need Help Finding Credentials? 

If you cannot find your credentials, contact the Pine Labs support team or your account manager.

Request the following details:

• Merchant ID
• Store ID
• Security Token
• Client ID
• Terminal ID (if required)

You may need to provide:

• Business name
• Registered email Address
• Registered mobile number
• Store details

Important Note

• All credentials are case-sensitive.
• Do not add extra spaces while copying and pasting values.
• Keep your Security Token private and secure.
• Make sure your Pine Labs terminal/device is active before connecting it to Moon Invoice.
