You can quickly create or fill payment details in the Payment Received and Payment Made modules using the AI feature in Moon Invoice. Simply paste your bank message, SMS, or payment text, and the AI will automatically detect and fill the payment information.
Steps to Use the AI Payment Feature
- Open the Moon Invoice app.
- Go to the Payment Received or Payment Made module from the left menu.
- To create or update a payment
- Click the (+) Add button to create a new payment, or
- Open any existing payment record
- Click the “Create with AI " button at the top of the payment screen.
- A side panel will open.
Paste your bank message, transaction SMS, or payment text in the input box.
- Click on the Send button.
- The AI will automatically detect and fill payment details such as:
- Customer/Vendor Name
- Payment Amount
- Payment Date
- Payment Method
- Review the details and click Save or Save & Send.

You can paste payment text like:
- Bank transaction SMS
- UPI payment messages
- Payment confirmation emails
- Bank statement text

- Always review the generated details before saving
- AI detection accuracy depends on the clarity of the payment message ot text provided
