You can easily change your email address (Moon ID) in Moon Invoice by following the steps below.
Steps to Change Your Login Email Address
- Click on Moon Invoice Application.
- Click on your Profile icon.
- Select My Account.
- Click the Edit icon next to your current login email address (Moon ID).
- Enter your new login email address.
- Click the ✓ (Tick) icon to confirm the change.
- A verification email will be sent to your new email address.
- Open your inbox and complete the verification process.
Once verified, your new email address will be used as your login email (Moon ID).

If You Entered the Wrong Email Address During Signup
If you accidentally entered an incorrect email address while creating your Moon Invoice account or purchasing a subscription:
- If you can log in to Moon Invoice, follow the steps above to update your login email address.
- If you cannot log in or do not have access to the registered email address, please contact the Moon Invoice Support Team for assistance.
