Overview 

This guide explains how to connect the WhatsApp Business API to Moon Invoice using your Facebook (Meta) account. Once connected, you can use your WhatsApp Business account with Moon Invoice.

Steps to Connect WhatsApp Business API 

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice App

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open Integrations

• Navigate to Integrations

Step 3: Connect WhatsApp Business API

• Under Integration, locate WhatsApp Business API.
• Click Connect.

Step 4: Sign In to Facebook (Meta)

• Sign in with your Facebook (Meta) account.
• If you don’t have an account, create one and continue.

Step 5: Complete the Meta Setup

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Meta setup.

During the setup:

• Select or create a Business Portfolio.
• Select or create a WhatsApp Business Account.
• Add or select a WhatsApp Business phone number.
• Import contacts and chat history if required.
• Select your Time Zone.

Step6: Review and Confirm

• Review the requested permissions.
• Click Confirm.

Step7: Finish the Setup

• Wait until the connection is completed.
• Click Finish.

Step 8: Verify the Connection

• Confirm that the WhatsApp Business API is connected successfully in Integrations.

Important Notes

• Use a valid Facebook (Meta) account.
• Complete all required Meta authentication steps.
• Do not close the browser while the setup is in progress.
• Some Meta screens may vary depending on your account and region.
• Internet connectivity is required to complete the integration.
