You can find the Client Code and Terminal ID (TID) provided by mSwipe using the methods below.
Moon Invoice required the Client Code and Terminal ID when configuring mSwipe as a payment gateway. These credentials are provided by mSwipe and are used to connect your merchant account with Moon Invoice.
What is a Client Code?
A Client Code is a unique identifier assigned to your merchant account by mSwipe.

Method 1: Check Your Welcome Email
- Open the onboarding or welcome email received from mSwipe.
- Locate the Client Code provided during account setup.
Method 2: Check the Merchant Portal
- Log in to the mSwipe Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Account Details or Profile Settings.
- Locate your Client Code.
Method 3: Contact mSwipe Support
If you cannot find your Client Code, contact mSwipe Support and request your merchant account details.

What is a Terminal ID (TID)?
A Terminal ID (TID) is a unique identifier assigned to your payment terminal or payment processing account.

Method 1: Check the Merchant Portal
- Log in to the mSwipe Merchant Portal.
- Open Terminal Management.
- View the assigned Terminal ID (TID).
Method 2: Check Your mSwipe Device
If you are using an mSwipe POS device:
- Open Terminal Information on the device.
- Locate the displayed Terminal ID (TID).
Method 3: Check Your Welcome Email
The Terminal ID may also be included in the onboarding email received from mSwipe.
Method 4: Contact mSwipe Support
If you are unable to locate the Terminal ID, contact mSwipe Support and provide your registered merchant details for verification.
