This guide explains how to connect Shopify with Moon Invoice and configure data synchronization between the two platforms.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Moon Invoice Application

• Open the Moon Invoice application.

Step 2: Open the Integrations

• From the left menu, select Integrations.

Step 3: Set up Shopify

• Find Shopify in the Integrations section.
• Click Setup.

Step 4: Log In to Shopify

• On the Shopify login page, enter your Shopify email address.
• Click Continue with email.
• Enter your Shopify password.
• Click Log in.

Step 5: Install the Moon Invoice App

• On the Moon Invoice Shopify App Store page, click Install.

Step 6: Approve the App Installation

• Review the permissions required by the Moon Invoice - Data Sync app.
• Click Install to approve the required permissions.

Step 7: Connect Moon Invoice

• Open the installed Moon Invoice - Data Sync app in Shopify.
• Click Connect Moon Invoice.

Step 8: Log In to Moon Invoice

• Enter your Moon Invoice email address or Moon ID.
• Enter your Moon Invoice password.
• Click Log In.

Step 9: Select Your Company and Configure Sync

• After connecting your account, verify that the Status shows Connected.
• Select the required Company.
• Choose the data you want to synchronize, such as:
  • Products 
  • Orders
  • Customers
• Configure the Auto-Sync Frequency according to your requirements.

• Make sure you log in with the correct Shopify account.
• Use the correct Moon Invoice account when connecting the integration.
• Select the correct company before configuring synchronization.
• Review the Shopify permissions before installing the app.
• Select only the data you want to synchronize.
• Check the Auto-Sync Frequency to make sure it matches your requirements.
• Data synchronization depends on the sync options and frequency configured in the integration.
